Refund Policy

1. Final Sale & Free Services
All sales are final. For any treatments included as free with your other purchases, all paid treatments are rendered before free services, and free services have no refund value. Unused or unrendered treatments may not be refunded, credited, or transferred to another customer. Should Thrive Men’s Lab decide in its sole discretion to provide a refund, it reserves the right to issue store credit only.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No‐Fee Window: Cancel or reschedule any in-office or virtual appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time by emailing concierge@thrivemenslab.com.
  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as “no-shows,” will incur a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

3. Late Arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your booked time may result in a shortened session or cancellation—and the $50 cancellation fee will apply.

4. Multi‐Session Packages
Each session in a package is subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy and $50 fee for late changes or no-shows. Unused sessions remain final sale and carry no cash or transfer value.

5. Virtual Consultations
Virtual consults follow the identical rules:

  • Free changes ≥ 24 hours before.
  • $50 fee for changes within 24 hours or no-shows.
